From the bottle
With complex flavors and natural presentation (non-chill filtered and no color added), our Calaveras Cask Straight Bourbon Whiskey is produced in small batches to reflect our unique region. We start by aging interesting bourbon whiskeys in traditional new charred American oak at our distillery's 4,000ft perch in the Sierra Mountains. We then blend the bourbons and nod to our area's robust wine region by letting the batches rest in a variety of local wine casks. With these distinctions, you can enjoy comparing and contrasting batches as you collect them.
